Publishing an ICS link from Microsoft 365

Sign in to Outlook on the web with the room's mailbox (or your own if displaying your own calendar).
Open Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and select Can view all details.
Click Publish, then copy the ICS link (ends in .ics).
Paste it into the Published ICS URL field here and click Save.

Note: ICS publishing must be enabled by your tenant administrator. If publishing is disabled, use the OAuth tab instead.

Registering an app in Microsoft Entra ID

Go to entra.microsoft.com → Applications → App registrations → New registration.
Name: Room Display. Supported accounts: your tenant.
Redirect URI (Single-page application): the URL where this app is hosted (e.g. https://yourname.netlify.app).
Register, then copy the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID here.
Under API permissions, add Microsoft Graph delegated:
- Calendars.Read (view-only) or Calendars.ReadWrite (for Instant Book / End Now).
- User.Read
Grant admin consent if required by your tenant.
Return here, click Sign in with Microsoft, and Save.
